Meet Our Technical Director
Our Technical Director, Ying Jie has over 10 years of experience in Food Innovation. She specialises in understanding consumers' needs by using implicit and explicit techniques. With her vast knowledge in consumer behaviour, she worked with MNCs on innovation categories including confectionery, snacks, premixes, bakery and sauces.
She is at the forefront of topics revolving around alternative protein, food sustainability, and waste valorisation. She works closely with local regulators to help companies with label compliance. Ying Jie has a passion for developing healthier products and developing an approach for healthier sustainable diets.
