He is an award-winning entrepreneur, having received the “E-GLOBAL” award and is a “Spirit of Enterprise” awards nominee. He is the inventor of the world’s 1st Board Game on Entrepreneurship entitled “Heros-To-Zeros” which won top placing at the Singapore  MENSA SELECT AWARDS 2007. Through relentless research and consulting, Richard is the driving force in developing the MOLI Success System.

Richard is also the author of a novel entitled “Supercharge Your Life”. This book has received excellent reviews. Richard has more than 22 years of corporate experience. His corporate appointment includes senior management positions with the Salim Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Asia, Asia-Pacific Brewery, a blue-chipped public listed company and a Japanese merchant bank. His diverse experiences span business development, joint-venture dealings, strategic business planning, sales & marketing, banking, finance, management & financial accounting. Richard has provided corporate advisory services in several multi-million dollars joint-ventures and strategic alliances. He has been consulted in business start-up, franchising, business valuation, business development and setting-up of internal control systems for SMEs.

Richard’s keen passion in entrepreneurship started more than 17 years ago when he spearheaded the development of the Entrepreneurship programme for a local polytechnic. He has researched & presented papers at world conferences & received awards at the Excellence in Teaching Conventions. In the mid-1990s, he developed & delivered “Exploiting Innovations for Technopreneurship” for National University of Singapore, Faculty of Engineering. He is the only Singaporean to be appointed as Master Trainer for the “Be Your Own Boss” & “Self-Employment Training” programs organized by Workers’ Development Authority (WDA). Both programmes are endorsed & funded by the Ministry of Manpower. His expertise in INNOVATION is developed over more than 4 years as the only Asian Tutor for Open University – MBA programme in Innovation & Creativity.

Richard is an educationist-at-heart. He is a former Director of Business Studies with a post-secondary statutory board. Richard lectured extensively in world-renowned MBA programmes in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta with the University of Leeds, Open University, Maastricht School of Management and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He was appointed as an External Examiner of University of Nottingham Trent. To date, he has trained more than 8,000 management executives in various public seminars, MBA and corporate in-house programmes.

Richard is a multi-disciplinary professional. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration (majoring in Creative Problem-Solving) from the University of Hull. He has double accounting qualifications. He graduated with the Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and went on to obtain the prestigious ACCA professional qualifications from the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (United Kingdom). He has earned a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore and a Certificate in Systems Analysis from the Japan-Singapore Institute of Software Technology.

Quek Joo Hock - A serial entrepreneur
Joo Hock has been attributed to have “invented” the Bucky Group, and leads this true Learning Organization of a group of fellow entrepreneurs. He is instrumental as a catalyst, playing a leadership role in facilitating the group’s various activities and workshops. Joo Hock is a practitioner of the philosophy and ideas of the 20th Century Leonardo da Vinci, Dr. R. Buckminster Fuller (best known for his invention of the Geodesic Dome).

He has also facilitated various Workshop and Retreats on Innovation, Creativity and Change for corporate organizations and schools here in Singapore and Malaysia. He has played leadership roles in various Service and Business Organizations, being the Past President of the Rotary Club, Singapore North, and Business Network International (BNI) respectively, and was instrumental in revitalizing and turning around the flagging BNI-Genesis Chapter.

Kok Wah has experience in helping executives and managers in organisations make effective and powerful presentations through the use of simple and effective techniques and methods. He has also coached and mentored many individuals to help them overcome their fear of public speaking through proven practices and guiding principles. His forte is in helping professionals, managers and individuals acquire the skills in crafting and developing impactful and persuasive speeches and presentations.

Kok Wah also has extensive experience in Sales and Marketing Training and has horned his public speaking and presentation skills as a Marketing Professional. He has over 12 years of corporate experience with the ST group of companies as well as with the Sembawang Corp., having held executive and managerial positions in engineering, manufacturing operations, sales and marketing. As a Marketing Professional, he has travelled to various Asian & European countries to deliver Sales & Marketing presentations & training for distributors and organisation customers.

He built up his expertise in public speaking and presentation as a Toastmaster with the Toastmasters International movement for the past 4 years. He has participated and won in public speaking contests, competing with some of the best local speakers and those from around this region.

Rather than the usual theoretical approaches , Kok Wah likes to engage his audience in his workshops by sharing practical and effective skills and techniques that they can easily understand, learn and use right away.

Lim Yit Keong is a partner of Capital Consulting Private Ltd specializing in providing financial solutions like cash flow improvement and systems implementation, to small and medium enterprises and China-related assignments. Prior to his current role, he was Director (China Practice) for KPMG and Finance Head of Braun AG ‘s Shanghai factory.

He has been a provider of financial services in financial review, due diligence, debt restructuring, and cash flow improvement methods for over 10 years. He has worked with leading organizations like KPMG, Gillette Corp, ST Engineering and Wearnes Technology across Asia. In the last 11 years, he has worked in regional management positions in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. He has helped many companies saved thousands of dollars through debt restructuring and improved methods of debt collection. He has done many major assignments in various major cities for MNCs and listed companies in China.
